Ages 18–64: $160 (retinal imaging included) Children (18 and under): RAMQ card + $30 for retinal imaging Ages 65 and over: RAMQ card + $40 for retinal imaging
If you do not have a valid health insurance card, you will be required to pay the full cost and can then request a reimbursement from the RAMQ.
No-show
No-show: A $80 fee will be added to your account and charged during your next visit.

Pupillary distance / Buying glasses online
If you plan to purchase your glasses online, we recommend that you visit another store, as we do not provide the measurements required for this type of purchase, including the pupillary distance (PD).
In accordance with OODQ guidelines, this measurement is taken only when purchasing glasses in-store.
